I have been blessed with one of the treasures of life ..............that of a true friend! Sharon, you have been with me thru peaks on the highest mountain and supported and encouraged me thru some of my lowest valleys! I look back over our 40 yrs. of friendship (wow, has it really been 40 yrs?) and know many times I have taken it for granted! You have always been a phone call away. Thanks for all the shared tears of laughter and sorrow. I love you and am grateful that God has blessed us with one of his greatest blessings, that of a "forever friend"!

One of our favorite things to do as a youth group in our church was to go camping at the Washington Camp ground in Calif. So many crazy memories!!

I wonder what has happened to all of these kids that we were once so close too?

The whole Youth Group in front our only means of transportation, a bus! We always hoped it would make it and we were always looking for a driver!

Do you remember the 70's and the Jesus movement! Wow, did we really drive places in those cars?

A girls slumber party at our Youth Directors home............Sharon, how did we sleep with those curlers?

Before long the single days were over.................we were all becoming the "Young Marrieds"

................and the years continued to fly by!

When you lived close by, you were always at the special events............ births, graduations and weddings!

I remember feeling like we were getting old in this picture..............

so what does that make us now?

Happy 1st Anniversary Matt & Ashlie

Congratulations on your first year of marriage. Throughout the remainder of your married life you will look back to this past year with fond memories! It's been a joy watching you two settle into the new life God has blessed you with. This next year is going to be another new adventure. You will move onto a new level of trust and dependency as you begin your adventure across the United States! I'm excited to see what God has in store for you! I pray daily for God to give you a hedge of protection around your marriage!

I had so much fun going through wedding pictures again.........I tried to find some that we haven't already used. I hope this brings back those wonderful feelings of that special day!
